SUMMER Internships

We welcome college students or recent graduates to serve as NK Missions staff for the summer

Summer internships provide a college student or a recent graduate with the opportunity to serve the students for 1-2 months. The interns share in full teaching responsibilities and have the opportunity to live with the students. The interns have a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the defector students’ perspectives and to foster lasting relationships with the students.

Through the program, the interns have a powerful impact on the students. In addition to developing their conversational English, through spending many hours with the interns, we have seen the students grow in their ability to relate to foreigners. Moreover, through deep conversations and sharing, the students develop a global perspective on free societies.
